Sycamore Ridge golf course is one of the most beautiful courses to play golf at. Sycamore Ridge is located in Spring Hill. Sycamore Ridge is a great course to play no matter what your experience level is in golf. Sycamore Ridge has other activities to offer besides golf. There is a lake that is completely open to fishing which is another activity to do out there if you're not much of a golfer. This course stays as nice as it is because they do try and keep the non-golfers off by the price of a round of golf. This golf course does cost a little bit more than your typical public courses but, this course is closer to a country club than a public golf course since Sycamore Ridge offers a membership. 

I have realized when I play golf, that every golf course is unique. That is what makes golf such a difficult sport. Sycamore Ridge is only an 18 hole course and is surrounded by nature. I would suggest people to play this course if they love the nature aspect of outdoor activities. This golf course also is very strict on how they operate there day to day. Playing at a golf course that is demanding certain rules for golfers to be able to come out and play makes that round a little bit more enjoyable, because, you know it is something serious that you will also enjoy at the same time. I would suggest if you are a beginner in golf to go and play this course due to its difficulty and price for the overall golf experience.

Sykes lady golf course is located in Overland Park. This is a nice golf course and I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking into golf. Sykes Lady golf course has three different nine hole courses attached to it. I personally think the third nine is the best because it is away from the crowded area of the golf course and it is not a difficult golf course. Iron Horse Golf course

  Iron Horse golf course is a half private half public golf course. That means you can buy a membership there but it is only for golf. If you chose to play it as a non member you will have to pay a high price. I have played Iron Horse multiple times when I was starting out in my early stages of competitive golf. In my opinion I don't think there is a harder course in Kansas. I have always struggled which makes it fun and really annoying at the same time.  If you are looking to try and get into golf I would suggest that you stay away from this course. Most courses try to get you not to play there because of the price it is to play. This is one of those courses.   If you are going to start golfing, I usually go to this course to see my progression, but never play there for fun.
